Rt. 115 starts in Aguada, coming south Rt. 413 is on your right as you enter Rincon.  Take Rt. 413 and turn left at the second street on the left, (there is a sign for The English Rose & Church Without Walls) go up the hill and drive about 1/2 mile, Villa Quiles is on the right side, just before the English Rose.
