50% deposit is required (We accept paypal, checks, money
orders, & travelers checks), payable upon reserving and refundable
up to seven days prior to the arrival date. If reserving with a check,
the check must clear before the reservation can be final (please note it
can take up to ten days, from date of deposit, for a check to clear).

Prices are based on double occupancy, additional guests will be charged
$25.00 per person/per night.

The balance due shall be paid in full on
the date of arrival (no checks will accepted for the balance).

All
facilities, including the pool, are for registered guests only.

There is
a three night minimum stay.

All rates are subject to a nine percent
government room tax.

Your reservation will be confirmed by mail and/or
e-mail within 24 hours.

Reservations will be fully refunded up to
Seven(7) days prior to arrival date, minus a $25.00 processing fee.

Guests interested in renting the entire guesthouse and who are
planning an event will be charged an event fee of $500 for up to 25
persons including registered guests, and $1000 for 25 - 40 persons,
including registered guests. Any Damage caused by guests to the rooms or
property will be immediately assessed and billed to the guest of
record, at the discretion of the management.

No Smoking is permitted in
the rooms.

Check-In is at 3:00 p.m., Check-Out is at 12:00 p.m.
